Job summary

SCN BestCo is seeking a Reliability Engineer to enhance the reliability of all manufacturing equipment, processes, utilities, and safety systems. You will partner with operations and site engineering to implement ARP-driven improvements, root cause analyses, and lifecycle planning across the site.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, preventive/predictive maintenance, and training to sustain reliable operations while reducing costs and downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; 4 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience in maintenance reliability programs and asset life cycle planning.
• Knowledge of EPA/OSHA regulations; proficient with MS Word, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot problems, implement repair techniques and equipment improvements using root cause analyses.
• Develop, implement and sustain the Asset Reliability Program (ARP) across the site.
• Participate in design and installation of new/modified installations for reliability.
• Lead complex troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment and ensure standards.
• Inspect equipment conformance and plan methods to improve operations and reduce costs.
• Drive predictive and preventive maintenance frequencies based on criticality and history.
• Provide training on reliability concepts and CAPA processes.
• Support audits and compliance activities; manage spare parts programs.
