LAUKOA seeks an Equipment Records / ERPS Technical Instructor to train and assist on GCSS-Army ERPS processes at Fort Stewart, GA. The role focuses on maintenance documentation, DA Form 5988-E usage, and records management to support deployment and field operations.

The position requires a Secret Security Clearance and 3–5 years of Army logistics experience, with strong ERPS knowledge and the ability to train others effectively.

Equipment Records / ERPS Technical Instructor

Position Summary: Provides training and technical assistance for equipment records, GCSS-Army ERPS processes, maintenance documentation, DA Form 5988-E utilization, and maintenance/supply records. Location of work is Fort Stewart, Georgia.

Primary Duties

• Teach the GCSS-Army ERPS Records Clerk Course.
• Train personnel on equipment-record procedures.
• Support GCSS-Army maintenance record transactions.
• Provide DA Form 5988-E training.
• Assist with maintenance-record discrepancies.
• Support inspections involving maintenance records.
• Provide onsite technical assistance to maintenance clerks and ERPS personnel.
• Cross-train as backup for GCSS-Army Plant Maintenance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Secret Security Clearance
• Minimum three years of Army maintenance-records or GCSS-Army experience
• Strong knowledge of ERPS functions, equipment records, maintenance documentation, and DA Form 5988-E.
• Hold recognized credentials such as the Army Basic Instructor Course, Foundation Instructor Facilitator Course, Cadre Training Course, or equivalent Department of Defense or TRADOC certification.
• Must demonstrate a minimum of three to five years of specialized experience in Army logistics doctrine, including Army Regulation 750-1, Army Regulation 710-2, Department of the Army Pamphlet 710-2-1, Department of the Army Pamphlet 710 2-2, and Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations hazardous material standards
