LAUKOA is seeking a seasoned Logistics Readiness and SAV/Inspection Technical Instructor to support operations at Fort Stewart, GA. This role demands extensive Army logistics knowledge, cross-functional leadership, and readiness-focused training across multiple logistics domains.

The position emphasizes on-site instruction, surge support during high-demand periods, and collaboration with government inspectors to ensure compliance with DoD standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Secret security clearance is required.
• Minimum five years of broad Army logistics experience across maintenance, supply, property accountability, inspections, readiness, or driver training.
• Recognized credentials such as Army Basic Instructor Course, Foundation Instructor Facilitator Course, or equivalent DoD/TRADOC certification.
• Specialized experience in Army logistics doctrine per Army Regulations and CFR hazardous material standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead or augment Battalion-level SAV teams.
• Support Division G4 Command Inspection activities.
• Assist Government inspectors with CIP, CSDP, CMDP, IG, and other inspections.
• Perform onsite logistics assistance across multiple functional areas.
• Identify trends, systemic weaknesses, and recurring readiness issues.
• Prepare inspection-support briefings and reports.
• Provide surge support during deployments, exercises, or high-demand periods.
• Cross-train across maintenance, supply, property, GCSS-Army, arms rooms, and driver operations.

Logistics Readiness / SAV / Inspection Technical Instructor

Position Summary: Serves as the team's senior cross-functional field-support instructor and primary surge resource for SAVs, inspections, onsite assistance, and overlapping course requirements. Location of work is Fort Stewart, Georgia.

Primary Duties

• Lead or augment Battalion-level SAV teams
• Support Division G4 Command Inspection activities
• Assist Government inspectors with CIP, CSDP, CMDP, IG, and other directed inspections
• Perform onsite logistics assistance across multiple functional areas
• Identify trends, systemic weaknesses, and recurring readiness issues
• Prepare inspection-support briefings, point papers, reports, fact sheets, and out-briefing slides
• Provide surge support during deployments, exercises, readiness events, or high-demand periods
• Cross-train across maintenance, supply, property, GCSS-Army, arms rooms, and driver operations

Recommended Qualifications

• Secret Security Clearance
• Minimum five years of broad Army logistics experience strongly preferred, with experience across several of the following: maintenance, supply, property accountability, GCSS-Army, inspections, readiness, driver training, arms rooms, and unit logistics
• Hold recognized credentials such as the Army Basic Instructor Course, Foundation Instructor Facilitator Course, Cadre Training Course, or equivalent Department of the Army or TRADOC certification.
• Must demonstrate a minimum of three to five years of specialized experience in Army logistics doctrine, including Army Regulation 750-1, Army Regulation 710-2, Department of the Army Pamphlet 710-2-1, Department of the Army Pamphlet 710 2-2, and Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations hazardous material standards
