LAUKOA seeks a Maintenance Management / PMCS Technical Instructor to lead PMCS training at Fort Stewart, GA. The role focuses on maintenance programs, equipment readiness, and training for Army units.

Ideal candidates bring Army maintenance-management experience, instructor credentials, and proficiency with PMCS and related logistics systems.

Qualifications

• Secret security clearance required.
• Minimum three years of Army maintenance-management experience.
• Extensive PMCS, maintenance supervision, equipment readiness knowledge.
• Credentials such as Army Basic Instructor Course or Cadre Training Course preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach the PMCS Cadre Course.
• Support XO/Platoon Leader Maintenance Course.
• Provide onsite vehicle and ground-support equipment PMCS assistance.
• Assist units in implementing effective PMCS programs.
• Support CMDP SAVs and inspections.
• Evaluate maintenance processes and recommend corrective actions.
• Support weapons and communications/electronics PMCS where qualified.
• Cross-train with Plant Maintenance and ERPS instructors.

Maintenance Management / PMCS Technical Instructor

Position Summary; Serves as the lead SME for PMCS, unit maintenance programs, equipment readiness, maintenance discipline, and operator/crew maintenance training. Location of work is Fort Stewart, Georgia.

Primary Duties

• Teach the PMCS Cadre Course
• Support XO/Platoon Leader Maintenance Course
• Provide onsite vehicle and ground-support equipment PMCS assistance
• Assist units in implementing effective PMCS programs
• Support CMDP SAVs and inspections
• Evaluate maintenance processes and recommend corrective actions
• Support weapons and communications/electronics PMCS where qualified
• Cross-train with Plant Maintenance and ERPS instructors

Recommended Qualifications

• Secret Security Clearance
• Minimum three years of Army maintenance-management experience
• Extensive experience with PMCS, maintenance supervision, equipment readiness, Army maintenance policy, and applicable technical publications
• Hold recognized credentials such as the Army Basic Instructor Course, Foundation Instructor Facilitator Course, Cadre Training Course, or equivalent Department of Defense or TRADOC certification.
• Must demonstrate a minimum of three to five years of specialized experience in Army logistics doctrine, including Army Regulation 750-1, Army Regulation 710-2, Department of the Army Pamphlet 710-2-1, Department of the Army Pamphlet 710 2-2, and Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations hazardous material standards
