Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a Master Driver / Driver Training Technical Instructor for work at Fort Stewart, Georgia. You will serve as the primary SME for Army driver training, Master Driver programs, licensing, and GCSS-Army functions.

Responsibilities include teaching the GCSS-Army Master Driver Refresher Course, assisting license instructors, providing on-site training operations support, and evaluating driver-training procedures.

Qualifications

• Secret Clearance is required.
• 3+ years in Army Master Driver/driver-training/logistics.
• Knowledge of Army driver licensing & GCSS-Army driver-management processes.
• Credentials such as Army Basic Instructor Course or TRADOC certs are preferred.
• 3–5 years of Army logistics experience including relevant regulations.

Master Driver / Driver Training Technical Instructor

Position Summary: Serves as the primary SME for Army driver training, Master Driver programs, licensing, operator-training management, and associated GCSS-Army functions. Location of work is Fort Stewart, Georgia.

Primary Duties

• Teach the GCSS-Army Master Driver Refresher Course
• Assist License Instructors and License Examiners
• Provide onsite Driver Training Instructor Operations support
• Evaluate unit driver-training procedures and identify weaknesses
• Support inspections involving driver-training programs
• Crosstrain in movement and transportation functions

Recommended Qualifications

• Secret Security Clearance
• Minimum three years of Army Master Driver, driver-training, transportation, or related logistics experience
• Knowledge of Army driver licensing and GCSS-Army driver-management processes
• Hold recognized credentials such as the Army Basic Instructor Course, Foundation Instructor Facilitator Course, Cadre Training Course, or equivalent Department of Defense or TRADOC certification.
• Must demonstrate a minimum of three to five years of specialized experience in Army logistics doctrine, including Army Regulation 750-1, Army Regulation 710-2, Department of the Army Pamphlet 710-2-1, Department of the Army Pamphlet 710 2-2, and Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations hazardous material standards
