Job summary

U-Haul seeks a friendly Customer Service Representative to join a supportive team and be the face of our exceptional service. You will help customers with rentals, inspect equipment, and ensure smooth operations using U-Scan technology.

Responsibilities include moving and hooking up trucks, preparing invoices, and educating customers on products. Certifications for propane filling and forklift operation are offered upon employment, with ongoing education through U-Haul University.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to assist customers in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane and forklift operation (certification offered upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
