Job summary

Novogradac is seeking an Equipment Processing Associate at our Central Depot. The role focuses on intake, inspection, cleaning, and preparation of returned IT assets for redistribution.

Responsibilities include processing packages, updating inventory records, and maintaining an organized workflow. A high school diploma and warehouse experience are preferred, with opportunities for remote/hybrid work and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and experience in assembly, packaging, or related work.
• Experience in warehouse operations (receiving, inventory, or shipping) and quality control is preferred.
• Ability to maintain quality through careful cleaning, organizing, and packaging to meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing packages at the depot with focus on returned IT assets.
• Inspect equipment for condition, completeness, and accuracy against records.
• Identify and report damaged or missing equipment for evaluation.
• Clean, sanitize, and repackage equipment for redistribution.
• Update inventory system with tagged IT equipment to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain organized workflows and storage to support high-volume intake.
• Assist with contacting offices about overdue equipment as needed.
• Support inventory audits and participate in packaging supply planning.
