You’ll promptly resolve receiving issues and coordinate with TeamNW, LCS, and Account Managers to ensure smooth intake of returns.
This role requires a high school diploma, at least 3 years of relevant experience, basic data entry and MS Office skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Working under direct supervision of the Depot Supervisor, the Depot Receiver is responsible for unloading delivery trucks, and confirming the items meet the terms and condition of their return authorization. The Depot Receiver efficiently and accurately sorts, verifies and records the correct quantity of inbound products according to company policies and department procedures. The Depot Receiver works closely with TeamNW, LCS, and Account Managers to resolve receiving problems. Accurately receives and processes customer product returns.
