Job summary

LHH, a growing contract manufacturing company, is seeking a hands-on Project Engineer to support equipment improvements, production projects, and process optimization. This role works closely with operations, vendors, and customers to implement manufacturing solutions and improve plant performance.

Lead installation/startup/improvement projects, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/controls issues, and develop cost-saving initiatives while coordinating with vendors and internal teams on capital

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on engineering or technical experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical/automation knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment installation, startup, and improvement projects.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues.
• Develop cost-saving and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams on capital projects.
• Provide technical support for production, maintenance, and customer needs.
