Pratt & Whitney is seeking an Associate Director, Capital Equipment, to lead a team of Capital Equipment Engineers across large-scale projects on the Operations network. You will oversee standards, contracts, forecasting, and purchasing in partnership with Procurement, guiding cross-functional alignment from planning to installation.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and experience delivering complex capital work, with travel up to 25% and a hybrid onsite/remote work

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12+ years of experience in capital equipment engineering, capital project execution, manufacturing/industrial engineering, facilities engineering, or a related discipline, OR, an Advanced degree and 10+ years of prior relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineers, project managers, or technical teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple capital equipment projects from concept through installation, commissioning, and closeout.

• Oversee capital portfolio planning, budgets, and project governance across the lifecycle from requirements to closeout.
• Own equipment standards, technical contracts, supplier interactions and risk management across projects.
