Job summary

DO & CO AG in Des Plaines, IL is seeking a dynamic Equipment Packer to join our hospitality team. You will assemble food items and tray setups following airline specifications and maintain high standards of hygiene.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble food items including tray setup. Follow airline specifications which usually include tray setting for hot meals, cold meals, salad, snacks, bread, butter, and condiments)
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook. Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team

• Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines
• Ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed

• Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.

Education & Experience

Must be able to read, write and handle multiple food products (fish, beef, pork, poultry and other food products)
