DO & CO seeks an Equipment Packer/Assembly to join our Boston operations. You will assemble food items and set up trays in alignment with airline standards, while upholding strict food-safety practices across shifts. This is a full-time role with benefits including healthcare and meals.

The position requires physical stamina to stand and move through varied temperatures, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble food items including tray setup. Follow airline specifications which usually include tray setting for hot meals, cold meals, salad, snacks, bread, butter, and condiments)
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook. Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team

Qualifications

• Proactive and self-organized
• Ability to manage through a substantial workload
• Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines
• Ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed
• Flexibility (different shifts - days, nights, weekends, holidays)
• Must be able to read, write and handle multiple food products (fish, beef, pork, poultry and other food products)
