Job summary

DO & CO is seeking an energetic Equipment Packer to join our New York team. You will receive, store, and assemble equipment and supplies per airline specifications, ensuring accurate packing and proper distribution to stations.

This role supports inventory checks, inspects chinaware and utensils, and prepares paperwork in accordance with our food safety standards. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays is essential; prior logistics experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of logistics or warehousing experience preferred.
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, store and assemble equipment and supplies per airline specifications.
  • Ensure accurate packing and distribution of equipment and beverages to stations.
  • Document stock received and replenishments accurately.
  • Conduct inventory checks in assigned areas when necessary.
  • Inspect chinaware, silverware, plastic ware daily before flight service.
  • Keep products organized and in rotation.
  • Prepare paperwork for equipment and beverage packing per guidelines.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.

We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic Equipment Packer to join our growing New York Team!

Responsibilities:
  • Receive, store, and assemble equipment and supplies as per airline specifications.
  • Ensure accurate packing of the exact amount of equipment and beverages required for all airlines and distribute to each station.
  • Document all stock received and replenishments correctly.
  • Conduct inventory checks in assigned areas when necessary.
  • Inspect chinaware, silverware, plastic ware, and equipment daily before flight service.
  • Keep products separated, organized, and in good rotation.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for equipment and beverage packing following company guidelines.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations outlined in the food safety management system handbook.
  • Report any issues with the food safety management system to managers and the hygiene and food safety team.
  • Follow all company guidelines regarding goods handling.
Qualifications:
  • Initiative-driven and adept at self-organization.
  • Proficient in both independent work and collaborative team environments.
  • Demonstrated capability to accomplish assigned tasks promptly, meeting stringent deadlines.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
  • One year of logistics or warehousing experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
