Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end equipment order processing, fulfillment, and customer support.
• Act as a key point of contact for equipment-related inquiries and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Support warranty claims and equipment service processes.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information within Salesforce and related systems.
• Partner with Customer Experience, Finance, Marketing, Product, and global stakeholders to improve workflows.
