Job summary

NRI Distribution in Easton, PA is seeking an Equipment Operator to assist in order picking, let downs, replenishment and support all departments in meeting goals. You will work with products for clients in the active lifestyle sector.

The role emphasizes reliability, accuracy, safety, and the ability to learn our warehouse management system (WMS). You will operate forklifts and related equipment, perform receiving, replenishment, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting, while maintaining a clean,

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ months of forklift experience on an order/cherry picker.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• This position requires a clean driving record.
• Must have physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, and electric pallet-jacks.
• Receive, replenish, ship, scan, and cycle count in warehouse operations.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, and security procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and organized at all times.

As anEquipment Operator, you will play an important part of the team by assisting in order picking, let downs, replenishmentand supporting all departments in meeting their goals. You’ll be working with productsfrom awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

The following schedule is available for this role: Monday - Friday, 6:00 pm - 2:30 pm

All About You

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

Ability to learn our basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.

The Must Haves:

Must have 3+ months of forklift experience on an order/cherry picker

This position requires a clean driving record

Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.

Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)

Must be fluent in English language

Things You Will be Doing

Operating specific motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks.

Receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting along with other general warehouse duties

FollowingNRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP).

Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times .
