Job summary

NRI Distribution in Ontario, CA is seeking an Equipment Operator to support order picking, let downs, replenishment, and cross‑department collaboration. You will run forklifts and related warehouse machinery while maintaining safety and accuracy to help meet daily goals.

The role requires 3+ months forklift experience, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to work the Thu-Mon schedule with early morning shifts.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in dusty/noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and electric pallet-jacks.
• Receive, replenish, ship, scan, and cycle-count; support general warehouse duties.
• Follow NRI safety rules, SOPs, and keep work/storage areas safe and tidy.

As an Equipment Operator, you will play an important part of the team by assisting in order picking, let downs, replenishment, and supporting all departments in meeting their goals. You’ll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

Thursday-Monday (Thu, Fri, Mon: 4:30AM - 1:00PM and Sat-Sun: 4:00AM - 12:30 PM

Starting Pay:

$24.00 per hour (Includes $3.00 Shift Differential)

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Ability to learn ourbasic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.

The Must Haves:

• Must have 3+ months of forkliftexperience on an order/cherry picker
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• This position requires a clean driving record
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.

Things You Will be Doing

• Operating specific motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks.
• Receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle countingalong with other general warehouse duties
• FollowingNRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
