Job summary

NRI 3PL in Ontario, CA is seeking an Equipment Operator to support order picking, replenishment, and other warehouse duties, using forklifts and pallet jacks to move product safely.

Starting pay is $24.00/hour (includes a $3.00 shift differential). Must have 3+ months forklift experience, be 18+, and able to lift up to 50 lbs while following safety rules and SOPs.

The Following Schedules Are Available For This Role

Thursday-Monday (Thu, Fri, Mon: 4:30AM - 1:00PM and Sat-Sun: 4:00AM - 12:30 PM

Starting Pay

$24.00 per hour (Includes $3.00 Shift Differential)

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Ability to learn our basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.

The Must Haves

• Must have 3+ months of forklift experience on an order/cherry picker
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• This position requires a clean driving record
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.

Things You Will be Doing

• Operating specific motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks.
• Receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting along with other general warehouse duties
• FollowingNRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
