Job summary

NRI is seeking an Equipment Operator in Henderson, NV to assist in order picking, replenishment, and supporting all departments. You will work with products from our active lifestyle clients and use our warehouse management system (WMS) to keep processes accurate.

The schedule is Saturday to Wednesday with evening shifts; starting pay is $19.50/hr plus shift differential, with typical earnings around $21.50/hr.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ months of forklift experience on an order/cherry picker.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• This position requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other motorized warehouse equipment (order picker, reach truck, pallet-jacks).
• Assist in receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, and keep work areas clean and organized.

A Day in the Life

As an Equipment Operator, you will play an important part of the team by assisting in order picking, let downs, replenishment and supporting all departments in meeting their goals. You’ll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

The Following Schedule Is Available For This Role

Saturday - Wednesday: (Weekdays: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am, Weekends: 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm) @ 21.50/hr

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• Ability to learn our basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.

The Must Haves

• Must have 3+ months of forklift experience on an order/cherry picker
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• This position requires a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
• Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)
• Must be able to read/comprehend English

Things You Will be Doing

• Operating specific motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks.
• Receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting along with other general warehouse duties
• FollowingNRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
