TIC_Craft is seeking a skilled equipment operator to operate power construction equipment, excavate, move and grade materials on job sites. Role requires performing maintenance and adhering to safety protocols while coordinating with supervision.

Ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, can read and follow instructions, and works outdoors in varying weather conditions. Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends as workload demands is expected.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent with prior field experience.
• Working knowledge of relevant field skills and abilities.
• Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools and layout tools safely and efficiently.

Mansioni

• Operate various vehicles and heavy equipment to excavate, move, and grade material.
• Load gravel, dirt and sand; smooth and grade roads; spread rock and gravel.
• Trench and construct ditches for culverts, water pipes and sewer pipes; remove silt and debris.
• Check and maintain all fluid levels and lubrication on equipment.
• Instruct and train employees in safe operation of construction equipment and techniques.
• Inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify defects or problems.
