Job summary

RRC is seeking a talented Equipment Operator (Pile Load Testing) to support fieldwork for utility-scale solar projects from our Haskell, Texas office. You will perform pile load testing, collect data, and help verify foundations under the direction of the engineering staff.

This role requires travel across the United States, the ability to lift up to 100 lbs, a valid driver's license, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with utility scale solar project pile load testing is a plus.
• Willing to travel across the United States and relocate to Haskell, TX.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to lead or contribute to a project team.

Responsibilities

• Perform pile load testing and data collection for solar pile foundations.
• Conduct site reconnaissance, geotechnical drilling and soil/rock logging as required.
• Observe and document geotechnical construction activities and perform testing/inspection during construction.
• Perform other engineering activities as required.
• Travel to project sites nationwide as needed.
