Job summary

RRC Companies in Austin, TX is seeking a Crew Hand to support land development, transportation, and energy survey projects. You will operate conventional and GPS survey equipment, set up a total station, and collect accurate field data to help deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities include locating property corners, running line work, and assisting with setup, maintenance, and teardown of equipment at multiple job sites.

Qualifications

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with survey fieldwork and data collection is preferred.
  • Ability to read deeds, subdivision plans, or metes and bounds descriptions.

Ability to sit, stand, walk, pull and push.Experience assisting in the setup, maintenance, and teardown of equipment or job site materials.Ability and willingness to follow instructions that may be written or delivered verbally from Crew ChiefsMust have excellent attention to detail and strong ability to ensure accuracy.
