Job summary

Wonderful Citrus LLC is looking for a nursery laborer to support year-round operations in our nursery. You will perform tasks such as clipping, staking, installing drippers, seed extraction, transplanting, and tree packing, working under management guidance.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work with minimal supervision, and communicate effectively with leads and supervisors. Onsite benefits and training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to work alone without close supervision and in group settings with excellent team work attitude.
• Be in good physical condition to do continuous bending, stooping and walking on a day-long basis.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a continuous basis. If operating a company vehicle must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and interpret general instructions from leads and supervisors. Ability to write and keep basic notations of work performed.

Overview

Performs general labor as needed throughout nursery and elsewhere as directed by management. The nursery operator is dedicated to the nursery year-round and is expected to perform at high level and meet the standards set by management.

Qualifications

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table

• Ability to work alone without close supervision and in group settings with excellent team work attitude.

Pay Range

$20.21 - $20.62. Final Compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
