Job summary

Wonderful Citrus LLC seeks a farming supervisor to rotate through Nursery, Shops, Pest Control, and Sprays while coordinating citrus production in designated areas. The role involves guiding teams, planning activities, and overseeing irrigation, fertility and frost protection to ensure efficient operations.

You will lead full-time staff and up to 60 seasonal workers, requiring a strong work ethic and collaborative approach. B.S.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in agricultural related studies preferred or equivalent experience.
• Three years of agricultural operations experience is acceptable.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is desired and beneficial for teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all areas of the Farming division, including Nursery Operation, Shops, Pest Control, Spray Operations, General Cultural Farming.
• Supervise, plan, organize, and coordinate activities pertaining to citrus production in assigned areas.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: fertility, pest & weed control, irrigation, pruning, frost protection and related ranch projects.
• Provide direction, leadership, training and teamwork across Wonderful Citrus for a productive work atmosphere.
• Schedule, coordinate, supervise and monitor all irrigation functions with irrigation schedules.
• Supervise full-time year-round staff and up to 60 seasonal employees.

Here's What You'll Do:

• Rotate through all areas of the Farming division, including but not limited to Nursery Operation, Shops, Pest Control, Spray Operations, General Cultural Farming.

• Supervise day-to-day operations including fertility, pest control, weed control, irrigation, pruning, frost protection, and other related ranch projects.
• Give direction, display leadership, provide training and guidance, and promote teamwork within the labor force and other departments within Wonderful Citrus for a productive and harmonious work atmosphere.
• Schedule, coordinate, supervise and monitor all irrigation functions by implementing irrigation schedules.
• Will supervise full-time employees year-round, and up to 60 seasonal employees.

Qualifications

Here's what you'll bring to the table:

• B.S. degree in agricultural related studies preferred or three years agricultural operations experience.
• Ability to start full-time work in November 2026
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) desired.
• Computer literate
