Job summary

Wonderful Citrus LLC in Visalia, CA is seeking a fleet maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair mechanical and electrical systems on company vehicles. You will handle tire services, wheel balancing, and routine inspections to keep the fleet reliable.

The role uses shop tools and diagnostic equipment; a valid driver’s license is required. Shifts run 6:00 AM–4:30 PM with on-site perks like an on-site café and gym.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in automotive or fleet maintenance and repair.
• Experience with tire replacement, tire service, and wheel balancing.
• Ability to safely operate lifts, tire machines, wheel balancers, diagnostic equipment and shop tools.
• Ability to work with little supervision; and as a team member.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Job Description

Overview

Responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, and servicing company vehicles to ensure they remain safe, reliable, and in proper operating condition. Performs preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical repairs, tire replacement, wheel balancing, and other vehicle-related services.

Here’s what you’ll do

• Performs routine preventive maintenance and inspections on company vehicles.
• Diagnoses mechanical, electrical, and other vehicle-related issues.
• Repairs and replaces defective vehicle components and systems using hand and power tools.
• Performse tire rotations, tire inspections, and wheel balancing.
• Mounts and dismounts tires using appropriate tire service equipment.
• Performs oil changes, lubrication services, fluid checks, and other scheduled maintenance.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Pay Rate: $22.23 per hour.

Shift: This role is scheduled for the first shift, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
