Qualifications

• Must pass Lock Out – Tag Out training.
• Ability to learn and operate all equipment in the department.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Run product at line speed as scheduled.
• Maintain equipment records and communicate with supervision about performance and downtime.
• Follow safety procedures and lockout-tagout policies.
• Adhere to USDA and GMP product standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Cross-train on other equipment as needed.
