Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follows direction of Production Supervisor to assign and instruct personnel of daily production duties.
• Observes equipment operation, notifying appropriate personnel of malfunctions and safety issues.
• Provide feedback to supervisor regarding issues during daily production.
• Assist with daily setup of equipment to ensure the line runs on time.
• Complete required checks and measurements, record accurately.
• Assist in training and developing staff to ensure a quality product.
• Assist with new hire ergonomic evaluations and performance evaluations.
• Position is required to work before department start time to assist with area setups.
• Maintain punctual and regular attendance for scheduled work hours.
• Flexible to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.
