Qualifications

• Able to learn and operate all equipment in the department.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Run products at line speed as scheduled by Production Supervisor.
• Maintain equipment and perform tear down as directed.
• Communicate with Production Supervision, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance regarding performance and downtime.
• Follow safety procedures including Lock Out–Tag Out and other plant policies.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and comply with USDA & GMP standards.
• Cross-train on other equipment as needed.
