Qualifications

• Erfahrung im Betrieb großer Aggregate wie Bagger und Bulldozer.
• Kenntnisse in Schweißen und Mechanik sind von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• Betrieb von Geräten zur Unterstützung der täglichen Produktionsabläufe.
• Inspektion der Anlagen auf Wartungsbedarf und Durchführung von Reparaturen.
• Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften (MSHA und OSHA).

Job Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to support daily plant production and operations
• Assist the plant supervisor with daily operations and maintenance
• Inspect plant areas for maintenance needs such as belt repairs, screen changes, and bearing replacements
• Perform welding and fabrication duties as required
• Identify safety hazards and equipment malfunctions, responding appropriately
• Follow instructions carefully
• Work evenings and weekends as needed
• Adhere strictly to MSHA and OSHA safety regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience operating large aggregate machinery (excavators, bulldozers, loaders)
• Knowledge of welding and mechanics preferred
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and safety standards
• Understanding of MSHA regulations
• High school diploma or GED
