Hallett Materials, a CRH company, is seeking an Equipment Operator to perform a range of heavy equipment tasks for groundwork and construction projects. The role requires adherence to safety standards and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.

You will conduct daily equipment inspections, assist with maintenance, and support co-workers across projects. Strong safety awareness and basic blueprint-reading skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to read blueprints or project documents and perform basic calculations.
• Commitment to safety policies and OSHA/MSHA guidelines.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist others.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment for groundwork and construction tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and report problems to supervisors.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on equipment.
• Assist in training less experienced workers.
• Other duties as assigned.
