Job Title: Warehouse Equipment Operator – Forklift, Box Clamp & EPJ

Location: Rincon, GA

Pay Rate: $19.50 – $21.00/hour + Heavy Overtime (Paid Weekly Every Friday)

Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

Do you have seat time on multiple warehouse machines and want a role with major overtime earning potential? Kelly Services is hiring skilled equipment drivers for high-volume logistics operations in Rincon, GA.

Mandatory Requirement: 3-in-1 Equipment Experience

To qualify for an interview, applicants must have hands-on, verifiable experience driving all three machines:

• Forklift (Sit-down / Stand-up)

• Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) (Ride-on)

• Box / Carton Clamp (A hands-on driving evaluation on all three pieces of equipment is required prior to placement.)

Shift Schedules & Overtime Potential

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $19.50/hr (Must be available to start as early as 5:00 AM when volume spikes)

• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM | $21.00/hr (Includes premium shift differential)

• Shift Flexibility & Overtime: Must be comfortable working up to 12-hour shifts (coming in early, staying late) and working weekend shifts as needed. Excellent opportunity to maximize weekly take-home pay with overtime at $29.25 – $31.50/hr.

Core Duties

• Operate forklifts, ride-on EPJs, and carton clamps to stage, stack, and transport inventory.

• Safely maneuver unpalletized cartons and finished goods without load damage.

• Support cross-dock and shipping operations by loading/unloading trailers and pulling orders.

• Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking, lot matching, and order verification.

• Execute daily OSHA pre-operational equipment safety checks.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated work history operating a Forklift, EPJ, and Box Clamp.

• Ability to pass an on-site equipment driving and clamp test.

• Able to work extended 10–12 hour shifts on your feet in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as required.

• Reliable transportation, excellent punctuality, and a strong safety track record.
