Role Description

Holcim is recruiting for full-time day and night shift Equipment Operator - Dredge Operator at the Ambrose (Bells, TX) Plant—the shift differential for the night shift (6 pm - 6 am).

Responsibilities

1. Operate dozers, loaders, excavators, haul trucks, or other large equipment for paving, earth moving, grading, and compacting materials.
2. Promote safety by adhering to policies, assessing risks, and using PPE.
3. Load materials into bins, crushers, trucks, or plant.
4. Move earth or other materials as needed.
5. Perform safety inspections and maintain equipment.
6. Complete necessary paperwork and perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum one year of related experience or equivalent education.
3. Ability to read and write.
4. Excellent driving skills and a valid driver’s license.
