Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Southeast Agg LLC is seeking an Aggregates Equipment Operator to safely operate heavy equipment, inspect and maintain gear, and follow site procedures. You will collaborate with a team to reach production goals and monitor material quality, reporting issues promptly.

Qualified candidates demonstrate precision in equipment use, strong safety commitment, good communication, and the ability to adapt to changing tasks in a dynamic work environment with varying weather and noise

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to move and load aggregates
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow all safety protocols and site procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Monitor material quality and report issues promptly

Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
