Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a hands-on operations leader to guide daily production activities and coordinate field crews. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while mentoring teammates on equipment and procedures in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes clear communication across management and crews, with a strong commitment to safety, quality control, and accountability, driving continuous improvements in operations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing/production setting.

  • Proven ability to train and mentor team members on equipment and procedures.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and problem solving.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead daily operations and assign tasks to team members to meet production goals

  • Serve as point-of-contact between crews and management

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Must meet Heidelberg Materials safety and attendance standards.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

$30.00 to $35.00 per hour
