Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking an Aggregates Mobile Equipment Operator to join our North American operations. The role supports production and material movement by operating mobile equipment safely and efficiently.

You will perform pre-operational inspections, load and transport materials, and assist with basic equipment care while adhering to safety procedures and quality standards. This is a field-based position with a strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous learning.

What You'll Be Doing

Operate mobile equipment safely and efficiently to support production and material movement Conduct pre-operational inspections and report equipment issues promptly Load, transport, and stockpile materials while maintaining quality standards Perform basic equipment care and assist with routine maintenance activities Follow safety procedures and communicate effectively with team members to maintain smooth operations

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
