Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking an Aggregates Laborer to support daily plant, quarry, or yard operations. You will perform general labor, operate tools safely, inspect work areas, and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment while supporting material handling and production activities as needed.

What You'll Be Doing

Perform general labor duties to support daily plant, quarry, or yard operations. Operate tools and equipment safely while following established procedures. Inspect work areas and assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment. Support material handling, loading, unloading, and production activities as needed. Collaborate with team members to help achieve operational and safety goals.

Work Environment

Work is performed in an outdoor industrial environment with exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving equipment. Position requires standing, walking, lifting, carrying, bending, and other physical activities throughout the workday. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
