Job summary

James Power Line Construction, LLC is seeking a skilled equipment operator to perform pole setting, trenching and material handling on outdoor job sites in Texas. CDL Class A or B is required and you will operate utility or construction equipment safely according to DOT/FMCSA rules.

You will maintain and care for equipment, assist the crew when equipment isn’t in use, and help keep logs and documentation up to date, all while staying alert to hazards and weather conditions.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B required.
• Experience operating utility or construction equipment.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA vehicle compliance requirements.
• Strong safety awareness.

Working Conditions

• Work is performed outside in all types of weather environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Required to have close visual acuity to perform job duties.
