Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Driver's Check.
• NCCER/NCCCO Operator Certifications is a Plus.
• OSHA 10 or Current Safety Essentials required.
• Minimum 4 years' craft specific experience.
• Minimum 4 years' craft-specific experience.
• Ability to pass post-offer drug/alcohol test and background checks.
• Onboarding and safety training must be completed.

The Position

We are looking for positive, energetic a Equipment Operator for project work, with a wide variety of abilities to complement our experienced workforce. Must be experienced Equipment Operator on all Dirt Equipment.

Applicants should have the ability to:

• Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with established guidelines
• Capable of Operating and Certified on Mini-Excavators
• Capable of Operating and Certifying on all Dirt Equipment such as Excavators, Front End Loaders, Vibrating Drum Rollers, Forklifts, etc.
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks according to specification, accurately and in a timely manner
• Interprets hand signals to determine where materials are to be
• May be required to manipulate equipment on unlevel working areas
• May assist in lifting, positioning and securing materials and work pieces
• Assist the Motorized Equipment Coordinator in developing, executing and maintaining a proactive preventative maintenance program for the company fleet and other motorized equipment and make recommendations to the Motorized Equipment Coordinator and Services Manager.
• Perform daily inspections on equipment prior to using on the jobsite
• Observes load hook up and determine safety of

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must possess valid driver license and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Driver's Check
• NCCER/NCCCO Operator Certifications is a Plus
• OSHA 10 or Current Safety Essentials
• Minimum 4 years' craft specific experience
• Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks.
• Ability to successfully complete onboarding and safety training.
