Job summary

ISC Constructors, LLC is seeking energetic electricians to join our skilled team. You will fabricate and install conduit, assist with MCC and switchgear tasks, and troubleshoot energized motor controls across industrial projects.

Applicants should read blueprints, follow NEC codes, and safely operate testing equipment. A minimum of 4 years of craft-specific experience and successful drug/background checks are required. Excellent wages and benefits accompany opportunities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Ability to fabricate and install conduit and supports as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints and NEC electrical codes.
• Troubleshoot energized motor controls and MCC/switchgear work.
• Operate electrical testing equipment safely and accurately.
• Capable of using hydraulic benders and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install rigid, aluminum, EMT, plasti-bond and PVC conduit and supports.
• Install wire and cable in trays and perform MCC/switchgear work.
• Troubleshoot energized motor controls and test equipment.
• Size and install breakers, fuses, and related components.
• Read blueprints and comply with electrical codes and safety rules.

The Position

We are looking for positive, energetic electricians with a wide variety of abilities to complement our experienced workforce. Applicants should have the ability to:

• Fabricate and install rigid, aluminum, E.M.T., plasti‑bond and P.V.C. conduit; fabricate and install conduit supports
• Use mechanical and 2” – 4” hydraulic benders
• Install wire and cable by hand or machine in cable trays
• Perform MCC and switchgear work
• Perform troubleshooting on energized motor controls
• Fabricate and install breakers, fuses, cable trays, batteries, battery charger, buss duct, junction boxes, tags, terminations, motors, and transformers
• Size thermal‑overloads, breakers, and fuses
• Terminate motors, transformers, stress cones, and cable splicing
• Understand the proper use of hydraulic tools
• Read blueprints and national electric code requirements
• Use electrical equipment testers including V.O.M., AMP meter and 1000‑volt insulation tester
• Know and follow applicable electrical OSHA rules and regulations
• Meet the cut score on the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Written Skill Assessment
• Pass a post‑offer, pre‑employment drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks
• Have a minimum of 4 years of craft‑specific experience
