Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking an Equipment Operations Coordinator to support equipment operations, data entry, and billing in our rental and construction supply workflow. You will interact with internal and external customers and vendors to provide pricing, availability, and specs on equipment and inventory.

This role involves order processing, basic warehouse coordination, and routine data maintenance in the ERP system, with emphasis on accuracy and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Must perform accurate data entry and processing of routine transactions.
• Strong communication through phone and email with customers and vendors.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP system used for rental and material orders.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine duties in purchasing, fleet/inventory counter operations, billing, and distribution.
• Performs accurate data entry for rental and material transactions in ERP.
• Responds to internal and external customers and vendors with pricing, availability, and specs.
• May handle shipping, receiving and storage of fleet materials.
• Writes Purchase Orders for inventory and job material via ERP.
• Updates logistics catalog and conducts basic equipment/inventory research.
