Job summary

Traylor Bros., Inc. is seeking an Equipment Superintendent to lead the equipment program across major bridge, marine, and underground projects in North America. You will manage asset utilization, mobilization, maintenance, and regulatory compliance while guiding yard operations from quoting through invoicing.

The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical aptitude, crane and equipment knowledge, and leadership to drive safe, on-time project execution with cost control and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supervising construction equipment in large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Track owned and rented equipment and associated costs.
• Manage equipment utilization with job sites and adjust assets as needed.
• Oversee mobilization/transfer of assets and maintenance programs.
• Ensure inspections, regulatory compliance, and telematics are in place.
• Direct day-to-day yard operations from quoting to invoicing; verify payments.
• Coordinate with supervisors and subcontractors to prevent delays.
