Job summary

WGNSTAR in Boise, Idaho is seeking a field-installation technician to move, set up, and install equipment in customer cleanroom environments, following installation documentation and safety standards, with travel to client locations up to 80%.

This full-time role requires mechanical and/or electrical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work varying shifts. Eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools, meters, scopes and other equipment.
• Willingness to travel to various customer locations; travel expenses are paid by the company.
• Flexible with shifts, including days/nights.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Troubleshooting and electromechanical repair experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety requirements and maintain high-quality work at all times.
• Move, set up, and install equipment in customer cleanroom environments per standards.
• Follow installation docs, work instructions, and checklists to meet customer requirements.
• Complete required training and maintain accurate daily safety documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support a team-oriented environment.
• Train on various equipment systems and travel to customer sites as needed.
