Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Flooring Solutions Technician 3 to coordinate with leadership and provide exemplary service to customers.

The role involves operating, setting up, repairing, and maintaining equipment, with professional communication and safety at the forefront. Responsibilities include repairing equipment, scheduling deliveries and service calls, and maintaining records while on a rotating on-call schedule for emergencies, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanic experience with IC engines, propane, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
• Must provide mechanic’s tools of the trade.
• Excellent trouble-shooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs all levels of repair on equipment.
• Dismantles/rebuilds equipment and fabricates parts as needed.
• Diagnoses complex mechanical and electrical problems.
