Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Flooring Solutions Technician 3 in Pittsburgh to coordinate with the leadership team and provide exemplary service to customers while operating, installing and repairing equipment. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance and ensure safety standards are met to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanic experience with IC engines, propane, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must provide mechanic’s tools of trade.
• Excellent trouble-shooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs all levels of repair (dismantles and reassembles/rebuilds equipment).
• Keeps track of rental equipment (inventory) and coordinates deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls with customers.
• Maintains warehouse area and ensures standards are met.
• Delivers and installs rented equipment; trains operator on safe use of equipment.
• Is on call for emergency service on weekends and evenings.
