Rifenburg Companies is seeking an Equipment Manager to oversee equipment operations for the CNY C6 project. You will work with operations leadership, field supervision, mechanics, subcontractors, vendors, and support departments to keep equipment, trucks, and resources operating alongside ongoing construction activities.

The Equipment Manager manages equipment operations tied directly to the CNY C6 project and works closely with operations leadership, field supervision, mechanics, subcontractors, vendors, and support departments to keep equipment, trucks, and support resources operating with ongoing construction activities throughout the Project.
The role stays involved in equipment scheduling, maintenance coordination, breakdown response, fleet tracking, operational support, staffing needs, and field coordination tied to active work areas across the Project. The Equipment Manager is expected to maintain visibility on equipment availability, identify issues early, and keep communication moving between operations, field supervision, mechanics, vendors, subcontractors, and Project leadership as work progresses.
