Rifenburg Contracting seeks an Accounts Receivable specialist to handle billing for construction contracts and services, deposit payments, and maintain receivable records. You will support project managers with research and ensure accurate postings and compliance with tax rules.
The role requires strong organization, Excel/Word skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams. Prior AR experience is a plus in a dynamic contracting environment.
Accounts Receivable is responsible for billing all customers, preparing monthly statements, calling to collect past due invoices, and depositing incoming payments.
High School Diploma is required. College level classes or Associate degree preferred; or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one year or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
