Rifenburg Companies is seeking a skilled Scheduler to manage and coordinate the CNY C6 project schedule. The role involves close collaboration with operations leadership, Project Managers, engineering, field supervision, subcontractors, procurement, and support departments to align all schedules with ongoing construction activities.
The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of heavy civil scheduling experience, expertise in CPM scheduling, and proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
The Scheduler manages scheduling activities tied directly to the CNY C6 project and works closely with operations leadership, Project Managers, engineering teams, field supervision, subcontractors, procurement, and support departments to keep project schedules aligned with ongoing construction operations throughout the Project.
The role stays involved in schedule development, sequencing discussions, production tracking, milestone coordination, recovery planning, subcontractor scheduling, and progress updates tied to active work areas across the Project. The Scheduler is expected to maintain visibility on schedule impacts, identify conflicts early, and keep communication between operations, engineering, subcontractors, procurement, and Project leadership as work progresses.
