Mindlance is seeking a Semiconductor Maintenance Technician for the Chandler Fab Photo area. The role involves maintaining ASML PAS5500 scanners and related equipment, performing troubleshooting on electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems, and completing required documentation.

Qualifications

• Education preferred: AA/AS/AAS in electronics or related discipline.
• Specific knowledge of semiconductor maintenance functions is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on semiconductor toolsets (ASML, TEL, KLA) in Chandler Fab Photo area.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems.
• Perform consumable changes and scheduled maintenance; document activities and train others.
• Interface with internal and external groups to meet safety, performance, and reliability requirements.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed; communicate effectively.

Job Title: Semiconductor Maintenance Technician – Photo

Job Duration: FTE Role

Shift Details: N2 - 4 on / 3 on (alternating) – (Rotating incl. weekends)

The candidate(s) selected will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in Chandler Fab Photo equipment area.

The technician position is responsible for effectively executing tasks that are required to maintain primarily the toolsets within the following types:

ASML PAS5500 Scanners

TEL ACT8/MARK7 Tracks

KLA 8100 SEM

KLA 5100/5200 Overlay Inspection

KLA Archer

The tasks include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting and repair of electrical and electronic systems, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems, scheduled maintenance, consumable changes, and various other activities relevant to the success of the area.

The desired candidate should have a solid understanding of SPC, 5s, FDC systems, and demonstrate problem solving skills.

The position requires the ability to interface with other internal and external groups to ensure all safety, performance, and reliability requirements are satisfied.

The desired candidate will be required to complete documentation and train others.

The desired candidate will be required to effectively communicate using written and verbal skills, stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours), and be physically able to perform required tasks which may include stooping, crawling in confined spaces, and lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds.

The position requires working compressed shifts, job openings on either days or nights may be available.

Education:

AA, AS, AAS, in electronics or other industrial engineering related discipline is preferred. Education along with experience or military training may satisfy formal education requirements.

Experience:

Specific knowledge of semiconductor maintenance job functions is required.
