Job summary

SpaceX in Texas is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Supervisor for silicon assembly (Starlink). You will lead shift teams, drive reliability of high-volume production equipment, and implement proactive maintenance strategies to support rapid scale-up in a cleanroom environment.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience and hands-on maintenance with semiconductor or advanced automation equipment, along with CMMS and PLC/VFD troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent certification, or 3+ years in industrial maintenance.
• 2+ years in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years in a supervisory or lead position.
• Experience with semiconductor or advanced automation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift teams for 24/7 reliability of silicon assembly equipment.
• Execute preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on photolithography, die prep, PVD/CVD, and related systems.
• Coordinate with production and facilities to minimize downtime.
