Job summary

The Shop and Equipment Coordinator at Elder Construction supports field operations by coordinating materials, tools, and equipment across job sites and shop locations. You’ll help maintain a clean, organized shop and ensure timely mobilization and maintenance of assets to boost productivity and safety.

You will collaborate with project teams, manage inventory, and assist with transport to the Colorado Springs office 1–2x per week, contributing to cost control and on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must maintain a driving record that meets Elder Construction’s standards.
• Must remain eligible and insurable under the Company’s automobile insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams on material and rental equipment needs to support field productivity.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance for fleet vehicles and tools to ensure operational condition.
• Maintain an organized inventory and location tracking of equipment and materials.
• Support mobilization/demobilization of materials and equipment to and from job sites.
• Assist with on-site labor or support for unplanned work as requested by project teams.
