TRAX International Corp in Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona, is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage property accountability and inventory reconciliation for GSFC sites. The role requires hands-on tagging, auditing, and data entry into PP&E, with strict adherence to FPR, NPR 4200, and NASA procedures.

You will work onsite, perform wall-to-wall inventories using barcode/RFID tools, prepare reports, and coordinate with property custodians, Branch Manager, and Center customers.

Formación

• Three years’ experience in property control using mainframe database methods.
• Experience in auditing property control records with ability to analyze relationship of inventory documentation to property disposition and determine corrective action.
• Experience should include physical inventories, document control, statistical analysis, how to manage property and reports or Excel spreadsheet listings.
• General understanding of cataloging terminology and Federal Supply Classifications codes.
• Experience with office automation equipment to include personal computers and data entry devices, faxes, printers, and bar code scanners are essential.
• Knowledge of the government property control regulations.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required.
• Minimum high school graduate or equivalent. College level coursework is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Advises GSFC property custodians on proper equipment control.
• Tag assets with RFID or bar-code tags.
• Schedules and conducts annual inventories.
• Receives discrepancy reports and coordinates corrective action.
• Maintains PP&E inventory files.
• Prepares final Summary Inventory Reports.
• Interacts with government counterparts daily.
• Uses PP&E system to load data.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
